The scumbag you think should have lived was attempting to pin the officer between the two cars. The officer had no other choice but to get on the hood while the scumbag was once again dead-set on escape. The officer's life was on the line. You're saying that the officer should have let the scumbag kill him. Is that not wrong to you?
